About Me

Dr. Caitlyn Arutiunov Headshot

My Education and Training

I received my Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from Yeshiva University's Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology in New York City. During my training, I honed my skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and worked at the school's in-house clinic with members of the community. I received by Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and English from Rutgers University in New Jersey.

I completed clinical placements in psychotherapy, neuropsychological testing, and rehabilitation psychology. My knowledge in these areas gives me a strong understanding of how the brain works and helps inform psychotherapy treatment plans.

Prior to starting my own practice, I was a Staff Psychologist at NYU Langone Health's Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation, where I also completed my post-doctoral fellowship and clinical internship. At Rusk, I developed significant expertise working with patients who are working through cognitive and health-related issues.
